For large bookings we recommend speaking to us over the phone. 

Suitable shoes for outdoor woodland areas.

For guests taking part in the cider tour & tasting we will require I.D to be shown (Challenge 25 policy).

Snacks & drinks will be available to purchase throughout the day.

Toilets by activity area.

Dog walking field (must be booked in advance).

These activites are all ran outside so we recommend wearing anything you don't mind getting dirty. Footwear in particular must be ready for muddy & boggy woodland ground.

Walking boots, wellies & old trainers are all welcome. For paintball we advise clothing and footwear that you can still run around and be mobile in.

All confirmation emails will give you a specific arrival time to adhere to.

This will be 30 minutes prior to your activity start time.

Our two venues are a 20 minute drive apart, however we recommend you leave 30 minutes to avoid any delays.

You will find the address for each venue in your confirmation email when you have booked.

For online bookings, full payment will be required upfront.

Bookings over the phone will also require full payment up front if made within 7 days of your event date.

For bookings over 7 days away we require a £200 deposit to be paid when booking; this will be followed up with a payment link via email which must be paid 7 days before your event date. 

FULL PAYMENT MUST BE TAKEN PRIOR TO ALL EVENT'S STARTING.

All booking amendments and changes in participant numbers must be made at least 7 days before your event date.

No refunds will be provided for customers who do not turn up on the day.

We can cancel your booking and refund the deposit providing that you cancel at least 7 days before your activity.

Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking will still require payment in full.

No! Currently all of our activites at the farm require pre-booking online two weeks in advance. Bookings can be made at shorter notice over the phone, but can take up to 48 hours to confirm.
